A place to pursue your dream
About Yume Mastery Academy
A beauty academy in Huntsville, AL — the education arm of Yume Head Spa Salon.
Our story
Born in the salon, shaped by Japanese tradition
Yume (夢) means dream. Yume Mastery Academy grew out of Yume Head Spa Salon, where Japanese Head Spa, considered hair care and genuine hospitality are practised every day.
The academy was created to share that knowledge — offering professional education in Japanese Head Spa, hair color and advanced blonding to stylists and beauty professionals who want to elevate what they offer their own guests.
Mission statement
Our mission
To elevate the craft of the professional hairstylist to unprecedented levels of excellence, teaching art with grace and intention.
That means developing confident practitioners who understand not only how to perform a technique, but the purpose and intention behind it.
Whether you are learning the pressure and rhythm of a Japanese Head Spa or the precision of an AirTouch blonde, we teach with the same promise of quality and excellence that defines the Yume salon.
Omotenashi
Thoughtful, heartfelt hospitality
Omotenashi is the Japanese philosophy of anticipating a guest’s needs and caring for them wholeheartedly. It is at the centre of everything we teach: creating an experience in which each guest feels cared for, comfortable and deeply relaxed.

A supportive circle of educators and stylists who continue to learn from and inspire one another.
